Hi Jonathan - great question, we have answers! There's a document that went out by email on 5/3 called "Lake Tahoe Activities" that has a good list in there for afternoon activities. It is also common that informal groups will form on Saturday and Sunday for different activities such as hikes, visits to town, or spike ball tournaments.
