David & The Psalms
What did you guys think of reading about David's life in the historical books while reading the psalms that likely are connected to specific life events? I thought it was pretty cool!

Would you read the two simultaneously in order to compare the two or one before the other? I don't know if that question makes sense, but is there a way to know which psalms are connected to which event in his life. I've heard one pastor say psalm 51 and another psalm are connected to the time when David is confronted by Nathan the prophet, are there any other connections like that?
