Terms and Conditions

Refund Acknowledgment:

I understand that Abide will retain a $50 nonrefundable administration fee should I decide to cancel my retreat registration. I also understand that Abide cannot issue a full refund if I cancel my registration after August 17, 2023.

Photo & Video

Abide may capture and use photos and video that include me for promotional purposes. 

Participation Acknowledgment

I understand that Abide seeks to create and foster an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved. Therefore, I will attend the sessions and prayer groups, and adhere to the expectations of the Abide and Cedar Springs Christian Retreat Center. 

Participation Acknowledgment

I understand that Abide seeks to create and foster an enjoyable alcohol free atmosphere for everyone involved. Therefore there will be no alcohol brought to the retreat or on the retreat site. 

Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Policy
Abide is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trustworthy environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child abuse, exploitation, or harm.
 
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Exploitation (CSAE)
Abide strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, sharing, transmission, distribution, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platforms or applications.
 
2. Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove any content or user behavior that violates these child safety standards. In the event of a violation, we will take immediate action, which may include:
 

  • Immediate and permanent removal of the violating content.

  • Permanent termination of the associated user account.

  • Reporting the incident, including relevant user data and content, to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
     

3. Reporting Violations
If you encounter or suspect any content or behavior on our platform that violates these safety standards, please report it immediately to our team at: abide@abide.net.
