In the same way Lazarus couldn’t resist being called out of the grave, or the dead bones couldn’t resist coming to life in Ezekiel 37, or a child can’t resist being born, so it is with all those born of the Spirit of God in John 3:8 - just as the wind blows where it wishes, so the Spirit makes alive who he wishes.
